Malabar Food Stall At Kerala Days!

If 2025 was a year of growth, then Kerala Day was a moment of arrival. Our MMCE ladies made an unforgettable debut, setting up their very first food stall—and what a debut it was!

With a menu mostly made of authentic Malabar flavors, they wowed the crowd with beloved snacks like unnakaya, semiya biriyani, kannappam, mutta maala, chattipathiri, unniyappam, shawarma bake and chicken rolls. Each dish was crafted with love, tradition, and the kind of attention to detail only home kitchens can offer. It wasn’t long before word spread—this was the food to try. Before we knew it, everything was sold out!

The stall wasn’t just a hit—it was the talk of the event. People came for the flavors and left with full hearts and happy memories. It was more than a meal; it was a celebration of culture, community, and talent.

But more than anything, it marked the beginning of something special. These incredible women brought more than food to the table—they brought passion, pride, and a sense of purpose.
